I’ve been so busy, yet it seems like I haven’t gotten anything done. It’s been like that all week. I had 3 meetings one day and still felt like I didn’t do anything.
I’m over at Tammie’s right now. I was working on getting my wedding invitations together, but I ran out of envelopes. We will have more on Monday.
I’ve decided that I seriously need to clean off my desk in my room. It’s driving me crazy working at the kitchen table and getting interrupted all the time. Today Ben was asking me something and I didn’t answer so he asked something else and I said “Yes, this is me ignoring you”. That made him pretty mad, but I had a whole page of stuff to get done for just one website. And there were 2 others that I had to work on too.
Lately things seem to be happening really fast, but in slow motion (if that makes sense). Kind of like the night before a day that you have been really looking forward to and you can’t sleep because you are so excited, so time goes way too slow. I don’t know if that really explains it either. I don’t know how to explain it. :/
Speaking of not sleeping… I have been going to bed around 1am for the past few nights. I’m not really complaining though. I still get up at a decent hour (mainly because Cory calls or texts me every morning) and I’m not sleepy during the day. I must look or sound sleepy though, Moma asked me if I was feeling bad today. Eh. :/ I won’t worry about it right now. I’m able to get more stuff done if I sleep less. I think I’m still getting the recommended 7 hours of sleep. So once I’m getting less than that, then I will start to worry about it. 
O my gosh. I have forgotten how to code! Ok, not really. But it’s not quite as easy any more. I haven’t had the time to make any layouts in forever, so writing wordpress layouts has been confusing me today. 
I’ll figure it out though. It’s just going to take a little time for me to catch back up again. I became lazy by using Dreamweaver for my client websites. But I do it that way because it is easer. I’m not going to do things the slightly harder way all the time. lol. It’s really just a personal prefrence to completely code layouts by hand on my own site. :/ I’m weird, oh well.
Just thought I’d say that. Now back off to work on these layouts again. By the way, I will have the layout up on Planning ‘I Do’ first.
Well, if you have been reading my blog for any amount of time you have heard me talk about SocialSpark. It took me a little while to get to the very few posts that you have to have to be approved, but I finally did it! It’s only 20 posts that you have to have in 90 days. Not that hard really.
Anyways, I was so excited about it that I have been wandering around on SocialSpark (while waiting to the that ‘Your Blog Was Approved’ email) and stumbled upon a website that I really liked. The name of the site is Scribble Scratch. I saw her profile and decided that I just had to see her site.
One of my favorite things about the blog profiles on there is the blog analytics overview. You can see someones RealRank, Alexa Rank, page views, and number of visitors all in the same spot. When you join you can choose to show your page views and visitors or not. Another thing I like is that they automatically get a screen shot of your website to add on your blog profile page.
SocialSpark also has a great code of ethics:
Why wouldn’t you want to join with a code of ethics like that?
Basically SocialSpark is a great way to meet new people, find new blogs, expand your network, and make money while you’re at it!
