Truckin
Well, it’s been a while sense I have blogged and I don’t really have any excuse except that I just haven’t really felt like it. :/ I could say that I haven’t had the time, but I have.
Right now I’m on the 18-wheeler with my Dad and Cory. We are currently somewhere in Texas heading to Mississippi to unload some machine parts we have on the trailer right now. For those of you who don’t know, the freakin roads here are extremely bumpy. And could drive a person insane if they are doing anything other than driving or just riding. Sense I don’t have a real seat in here I don’t usually just sit and ride. My seat is the bed in the back. Not that I’m really complaining though, it gives me plenty of room for the two laptops and my notebooks and stuff so that I can work while I’m out here.
Yes, two computers. Mine and my dads. Daddy’s has an air card in it so I can get internet anywhere and mine has my programs that I need to work on the websites. It gets a little confusing at times..but I figure it out eventually.
All I have to do is edit the files on my computer, put them on a flash drive, disconnect the flash drive from my computer and plug it into Daddy’s, upload the file with the ftp program I had to install on here, then check it online to make sure it looks like it’s supposed to, then do it all over again for something else.
Sounds like fun don’t it? Oh yes, tons.
Either way, I’m really glad I have internet at all.

I always say that I don’t have time to blog, it’s a nice excuse
thing is, when I’m really busy I end up blogging. When I have nothing to do, I don’t blog! It shows that it’s true that when you have a lot to do a million things will distract you from doing it!
Believe me, the roads in Malta are wayyyy bumpier… well some of them are being re built now that we are in the EU but some parts are still very bad. My mum tries to avoid the bad roads in fear of breaking the car
Would you like to link exchange?

I’m sure we all feel that way sometimes. I’m often just too tired from work to blog.. I’d rather watch a movie or some TV. Blogging shouldn’t feel like an obligation, right?
How long do you have to be on the road for? I’m glad you still have internet, but it sounds really annoying having to update your sites like that! x

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.
I always appreciate them.
That’s so cool that you get to go with your dad on the road. I bet you get to see all sorts of places and people. My uncle is a truck driver, and one day he gave me a tour of his truck. He had a bed in the back, just like how you’ve described. I’m sure driving down bumpy roads can drive you INSANE though. Hopefully Mississippi will have smoother roads than Texas, huh?
Take care!
